The next season of Destiny 2 content, Season of Opulence, hasn’t hit live servers yet, but Bungie has just revealed a roadmap outlining the game’s next three months. In a separate reveal post, the studio showed off all the activities players will experience in the next season of Destiny 2.

Season of Opulence will begin on June 4. Six hours after launch, the Crown of Sorrows raid will arrive.

Starting on June 4, players can engage in the new Menagerie activity. While Bungie hasn’t revealed much about this activity, Menagerie looks to be a wave-based mode similar to Escalation Protocol and Blind Well. It could also be an infinite mode similar to the Infinite Forest’s holiday events, according to the Opulence homepage.

The following week, June 11, the Menagerie will get a new boss. A quest for the Exotic rocket launcher Truth also starts on June 11. This is a returning Exotic rocket launcher from Destiny.

On June 18, Iron Banner returns with an all-new questline for players to earn armor. Another Menagerie boss arrives this week as well.

Bungie launches the Heroic mode for Menagerie on June 26. Without knowing much about Menagerie, we don’t know what Heroic will include.

The following week, July 2, players can seek out the Lumina. This is Destiny 2’s fifth Exotic hand cannon in four seasons.

On July 9, Bungie will unlock the Tribute Hall and Moments of Triumph. The studio hasn’t clarified anything about these roadmap items yet.

At the end of July, players can once again celebrate their achievements with the Solstice of Heroes holiday event.

The final Annual Pass calendar
Bungie

Bungie has thrown some surprises not on the calendar into Destiny 2 before. Aside from datamining, players had no idea the recent Zero Hour mission was coming. With Bungie being so mysterious about of Season of Opulence’s offerings, it’s likely the studio could drop a similar surprise in some of the lighter roadmap weeks.

Season of Opulence runs from June 4 through the end of August. Destiny’s next season — and potentially a Forsaken-sized expansion alongside it — will likely drop Sept. 4.
